Highly recommend! Clean and secure building, excellent access hours, and wonderful staff. Kassandra & Celeste at the Milton location were very helpful and friendly. If you need storage hit them up!

Kassandra is a huge asset to this facility. Her service was way and beyond my expectation. I would give her more than 5 stars if I could. The facility was clean and tidy. I would highly recommend that you rent a unit at this location

I would like to personally thank Raeshel for a wonderful experience.
She made this process quick and efficient. Her work ethics are top notch to match the facility.
Her banter smoothly went through the agreement with great knowledge and professionalism.
In terms of the facility it is very clean, well lit, organized and easily accessible and of additional amenities are required it was no issue to accommodate. My unit was in excellent condition and secure with the options for your own insurance coverage( they have their own coverage which is recommended; cannot get a unit without it; a nice touch for added protection of your valuables.
Overall in comparison to location, prices and services I would recommend Raeshel and SmartStop for your personal storage needs.
