Easy to rent out the unit online, and when I went in person the staff person was very friendly and helpful, answered all my questions and showed me the facility. I didn't catch her name, but she was so lovely! Had a great experience and I'm glad I chose this location.

Celeste was exceptional, customer service like this is uncommon these days. She is very knowledgeable and made sure that the process went smooth!
I rented a storage unit for a few days and I was very satisfied with the service. The unit was clean, spacious, and secure, and Celeste was very friendly and helpful.

Kassandra and Celeste are amazing when talking to them. However when trying to get further with management one never gets a call back. I’ve been trying to reach a manager for months regarding automatically charging for insurance with no notice (even tho my personal insurance covers locker storage). And Smartstop has been raising the rent of the locker every 6 months by almost $100.
I started off in November 2022 paying $273 - had to renegotiate 6 months later to get $340 after they were charging me $380 and now they have raised it as of Feb 1/24 to $446.
And I have yet to hear back from a senior manager since the middle of 2023 and doubt I’m going to hear back from one regarding this exorbitantly high increase.
